    Poor management, autocratic leadership, typical "chinaman" style company, staff turnover rate is quite high
    The good thingsTeambuilding activity conducted annually, a little "human touch" in the business
    The challengesTry to adapt towards autocratic and "one-man says" and "one-man style" type of working culture, regarding sales part, all the best if you can win bosses heart. Increment and career advancement depends on how you win bosses heart. The future is very uncertain since the turnover rate is high, hence your leader won't be the same over the years.
