    The good thingsMore benefit in further learning and develop more experiences in civil and super structure works such as an elevated bridge also can make more money by make overtime paid by contractor .
    The challengesPersonally I was enjoy working with this company because the management giving me an independence working time and trust me to solve the site problem .
