The good thingsMy teammates are always open to new suggestions, ideas and advices. Although they have other ongoing personal tasks, most of the time they are willing to give supports and commitments especially when relating to benefits of our stakeholders i.e. schools, event participants and project partners.
The challengesThe learning curve is steep especially for those who never participate relevant programmes before. You need extra effort to adapt to the working culture and communication style of the team.
