The challengesNo clear guidance from the SLT. delayed hiring/replacement without consultation with staff on the ground. It is not our fault if the new CEO is not able to initiate a new fundraising strategy and still rely on paying 90% of donations to the fundraising agency. So many key staff are leaving!
