Its a great company to work with if you are looking for experiences in other fields while holding responsibilities of your position at the same time.
The good thingsYou will have good PR here as you will be working super closely with your other colleagues and have to occasionally handle their responsibilities too.
This may be a good thing if you are looking to broaden your horizons in other fields.
The challengesThe many responsibilities are a major challenge as not only are you responsible of your roles but if anything goes wrong outside your scope as well, you need to take the fall regardless.
