- The management is not open-minded; although they encourage employees to provide suggestions, they often reject proposals, especially those stemming from the new generation with innovative ideas.
- The inability to modernize, working methods from the 60s and 70s, involves excessive paperwork and a lack of environmentally friendly practices.
- The organization is risk-averse.
