Taman Tun Dr Ismail Kuala Lumpur5 to 6 years in the role, former employee
Poor management with no clear vision for staff development or future career growth. High staff turnover is common, as employees come and go frequently. The company provides outdated uniforms and focuses on producing low-cost products that fail to stand out in the market. Overall, the workplace feels more suited for entry-level or older employees, rather than those seeking real career advancement.
The good thingsgood thing you can work lifetime survive
The challengesIf there were awards for shoe-polishing and brown-nosing, management here would win gold. Sadly, when it comes to real leadership or staff development, they don’t even qualify.

Cons more than Pros, Not Recommended to Work Here.
The good things- Near MRT station - Helpful colleagues - Good for fresh grads to learn the pharma industry's operation but they need you to catch up faster - Meal allowance provided - Work life balance - No politic
The challenges- A poor working environment such as a stagnant atmosphere, hinders self-motivation. - Many Management Level - The management is not open-minded; although they encourage employees to provide suggestions, they often reject proposals, especially those stemming from the new generation with innovative ideas. - The inability to modernize, working methods from the 60s and 70s, involves excessive paperwork and a lack of environmentally friendly practices. - The organization is risk-averse. - The mindset of the top management in my division is peculiar. - Communication is minimal and responsibility tends to be passed around when seeking assistance from someone. - Benefits and salary are not competitive when compared to other companies. - Use outdated system and sometimes have system error and hardware maintenance, and affecting the effective workflow. - Only managers have laptop use, executives use pc. - Low leadership style.
