If you're able to get an offer here, you can do better
The good thingsFriendly colleagues, hardworking secretaries. Opportunities given are slightly above average, but the same may be said for any other medium to large law firms in Malaysia.
The challengesZero accountability on the partner's part, no communication within the team, medical perks delayed by the HR as everyone is WFH, partners have a tendency to shame / look down on others. With the present Covid-19 situation, the office's hygiene situation could use some help.
