The good thingsThe good thing about this company is that they provide sufficient training for newbies, allowing them to adapt and become capable of using the required software to get the job done. Overall, the job requires mostly mechanical skills and basic critical thinking which is obtainable as you work.
The challenges1. The salary is low for fresh graduates. This can be dismissed if the company provide more benefits as compensation. Unfortunately, there are fewer benefits for the employee. This is very odd considering how the company benefits in its business. 2. Another major problem is the lack of professionalism. Without proper organization structure that attends to matters such as administration, safety, etc, causes some editor to be required to participate inside jobs that interrupt their main job scope. Some issues such as public holiday, salary, etc being argued publicly. This shouldn't happen as these topics are supposed to be sensitive and not to be discussed openly.
