The good thingsALV has a young and energetic atmosphere, with patient supervisors, approachable directors, and supportive colleagues. The positive work culture makes it an encouraging place to learn and grow, while also helping to develop communication and organizational skills.

The challengesSometimes the workload required adapting quickly to different tasks and responsibilities. Although challenging at first, it became a good opportunity to strengthen adaptability and time management.
