This job give me a peace of mind because there's no politics and no toxic behaviors among colleagues. There are rooms to explore different roles since the management team is small but the company itself is growing.

The good thingsWorking environment is very positive, cheerful and respectful colleagues. The management also very positive with a growth mindset. This company has a clear mission and vision, with a culture so you can see yourself having a future in this company and anyone with the right attitude can enjoy working here.

The challengesWorking with a small team can be challenging when sometimes you have to work for several roles to support your team. Sometimes the work can be out of your job scope but with a growth mindset, doing different roles sometimes can be a good thing since you can learn and experience new thing.
