What’s it like working at Autoliv?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Autoliv offers substantial benefits to its employees, including comprehensive training programmes, attractive compensation packages with good bonuses, and valuable learning opportunities in the automotive industry. The company culture promotes strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, while providing exposure to global manufacturing processes.

However, employees face certain challenges including maintaining work-life balance due to demanding schedules, and navigating career progression which could be more clearly defined. The presence of numerous procedures and systems can be overwhelming, and workload management can be challenging, particularly when dealing with customer quality issues and cross-departmental communication.

Career growth, zero. Promotion flow, negative.
The good thingsBenefits, bonus for local and foreigner workers.
The challengesNo career growth, workflow too stagnant and have to push HOD to get increments; mostly all staffs have to mingle every time with HOD or manager to get higher wages' increment or bonus. No time to ourselves, only work 7 times a week, without any staff replacements. That's bad for company environment.

Not bad, but career growth seems slow. People would stay here for about 2 - 3 years; then take new opportunity elsewhere. Salary range quite below average.
The good thingsWorking experience, learning growth. Staff benefits such as bonus.
The challengesNo confirmation of promotion. No clear instructions when done the work or tasks given. (No focus to solve problems) Too many unnecessary meetings or meetups between upper managements and staffs.

It's a good company, but with good management team, it can be better
The good thingsMany training given, 5 working days per week
The challengesSafety standards is just by following what customers' request, too many tasks on hand
