The good thingsOffice facilities are pretty good.
The challengesNeed to communicate with customers and it's hard to do so as you need to run through it with the management first. No career growth in the role as you can't make any decision on your own. If there's anything going wrong, be expected that you'll receive the scolding even though you did the job based on the management's direction.
