Challenging environment with unclear direction and high turnover
The good thingsHigh pay, flexible working hours.
The challengesThe factory is over 50 years old, with many new changes being pushed through within unrealistic timelines. Top management frequently changes direction, sometimes on a daily basis. Management doesn't fully understand the challenges we have on the production floor and keep pushing to deliver fast. The work environment can be very stressful. The organisation structure is somehow unclear, with overlapping and “flexible” job scopes. High turnover is common, even among senior and managerial positions, leading to poor handovers and a lack of continuity as new hires struggle to keep up.

The company offers high pay, but it comes with high pressure, and most employees are new.
The good thingsCompany pay is quite high.
The challengesOrganization keeps making changes, and people retention is bad. It is hard to work when people keep changing because when people change, the working style also changes, and they keep questioning the process and procedure. There is no proper handover to the next successor, and it is hard to work with a team that is also new. Management doesn’t understand this and keeps pressuring for results.

bang average. not the FMCG that you would want to consider if you want to continue to develop in this industry - please don't waste your talents.
The good thingsGood work-life balance, nothing much to do due to limited budget.
The challengesconstant changes of management's directive, senior leadership comprises of many old-fashioned individuals who are allergic to changes and refusal to adapt to market changes. limited advertising budget, even for the biggest brand - Prego. not a good place for any FMCG marketer looking to make it big, it is a setback with limited employee benefits (no staff purchase, no meal allowances, no travel allowances and basic EPF and AL benefits) - typical cinaman company.
