    It is a good experience to learn for fresh graduates, but less for experienced with slow career growth.
    The good thingsFor fresh graduates good exposure to gain experience, updated technology, and salary payment on time.
    The challengesLimited knowledge, had the technology but people refuse to learn and implement, too many targets end up with no progress, too micromanaged, less empathy for staff, insufficient guidance, don't practice what they preach, the challenge in the promotion even you have worked 14 years you still in the same position.
