Worst Company Ever
The good thingsPlenty of good friends that will help whenever needed.
The challengesThe management always refuse the idea of doing the right thing with integrity. Always "back door" in finding a solution. Incompetent quality manager and head that always ask for quantity. The meeting held every morning just to know about how many parts shipped and ignoring quality issues that been highlighted. Overall, QMS is a joke to them. None of them believe quality is the key.
