Not even worth for degree holders to work in this company since they only aim for lowest salary offered for every employees
The good thingsThe good things? Friendly emplyees, but some managers seems extremely weird to girls and most of the female employees complaint around how these manager treat them. This is why most of the female employees decided to leave this company.
The challengesLow salary, company hire spm or diploma holders to run their business with tough position that uneducated people may not have this set of ability or knowledge to contribute for the company. For degree holder? Seriously not worth for applying this company for low salary and the opportunity to get raise or higher position is low.
