Really enjoyed working here, just a pity that I have to leave to chase my own goals and career path

The good things- Young, friendly, and helpful colleagues who make the working environment enjoyable. - Flat management structure , easy to communicate with everyone, including higher ups. - Supportive and understanding manager. - Non-toxic workplace culture with good teamwork. - Salary is slightly above average, especially attractive for fresh graduates. - Pantry is well-stocked with food and snacks.

The challengesThe flat management structure means there are no seniors to guide me, so solving tough problems can be challenging at times, but it has also helped me learn a lot and grow independently without relying on senior support.
