    The good thingsFriendly environment among the staff and customer. Good teamwork assist and guidance from old staff members. Daily task is to provide the best service for customer in After Sales Department and complete monthly target given. This will help u boost in confidence and morale to work and achieved good commission to top up your basic salary.

    Poor SOPs at most department.
    The good thingsIts near to where im residing.
    The challengesMost departments dont have a clear SOP . As such, work is always going back and forth causing major delay. Not much flexibility with working hours thus making it rigid and dull. The company could improve providing basic facilities to staff such as a proper pantry with stocks of coffee, sugar etc. Also, the company can improve to provide a better food at staff cafeteria.
