The challengesMerekod transaksi pembelian yang banyak dari para pelanggan. Hal ini terjadi kerana ramai pelanggan yang berkunjung ke farmasi.Namun begitu, kerja tersebut dapat saya siapkan mengikut masa yang ditetapkan oleh saya sendiri dan saya tidak berasa stres dan tertekan untuk menyiapkan tugasan tersebut.

The challengesMacam mana-mana kerja, Farmasi i-SIHAT pun ada cabaran. Time peak hours memang hectic, lagi-lagi kalau staff kurang. Expectation management tinggi, jadi kena cepat belajar dan tahan pressure. Tapi sebab teamwork kuat dan environment positif, semua cabaran rasa lebih ringan!
