    Don’t accept working here unless you’re truly desperate and have no other choice.
    The good things-Benefits are fairly decent overall -Work colleagues
    The challenges-Ongoing mismanagement, with too much focus on short-term fixes despite repeated feedback on long-term solutions. -Concerns around fairness in MSS and restructuring decisions especially at township base, which biased and not merit-based. -Cost-cutting efforts don’t seem effective, as too many senior roles (AGM/SM/M), with some overly reliant on subordinates. Restructuring should be more balanced instead of focusing mainly on executives. -Work environment can be quite toxic at times, with leadership contributing to unnecessary conflict. -Lack of professionalism and basic respect from some higher management, making it uncomfortable for junior staff and new joiners. -Promotions are perceived to be influenced by favoritism, and KPI standards vary between teams, leading to situations where some executives may be promoted despite being less competent than peers in other teams.

    Stressful working environment where you know where issue are but no point highlighting it as management will never bother to change

    The challengesManagement that only thinking about how to push the blame to others, and does not see the bigger picture. Always say want to see result, but doesn't care the result cause issue to others or bring further problem in the future, because someone else will be blame when issue arise in the future.

    I could definitely write a report or thesis on how things could be improved here. They have a lot of money, but it's not being used on the right people or resources.
    The good thingsThe benefits are worthwhile, particularly for those in managerial positions and above. Colleagues are pleasant to work with. While the overall workload is manageable, there is a tendency to rush tasks without a clear or meaningful purpose.
    The challengesThe young management team is too proud of themselves, despite lacking both technical and leadership skills. The politics are extremely toxic, and the promotion system is highly biased.

    big brand name but poor management.
    The good thingswork life balance is good sometimes
    The challengesyear by year they cut the benefit for all lower staffs and say company didn't make money. but they forgot newspaper say Gamuda receives Billions worth of projects. benefit only goes to the top management. no point the staff work hard but never been appreciated.the top management take the credit. company got vision but very delusional. management also don't know what they are doing. what makes the company grow is the middle management worker who helps to think for them. down expect to learn anything by joining the big brand name.

    The good thingsEnergetic environment. Fast paced projects with clear objectives for each department.
    The challengesBenefits been constantly cut down throughout the years. No staff appreciation, no ESOS for executives to the assistant managers. Good benefits only accessible for Depute GM level and above, as if they are the only ones who contribute to the growth of the company. No annual dinner, all company events parties etc will require contributions from staffs, yet company profit is in the billions.

    The challengesRestructure too frequent and unattainable goals are set without both way of communications among superior and subordinates. If you're talk louder than action person, then this company may suit you. Some department, managers are more than executives. How can you expect a company to function with talks only and nobody work down to earth. Blaming games everywhere. Intense political environment. Not all managers are friendly. However, there are good people as well, yet they're just too few.

    The good thingsSupervisor provided guidance and training in focused job portfolios. Project and department managers were friendly and welcoming; they were willing and open to listening to subordinates; they also spent time to have lunch/supper with the team whenever possible.
    The challengesBeing put into a newly combined team, and being a new intern, the social environment was a little awkward for me. Nevertheless, everyone was really friendly when I talked to them. However, it would have been nice to have had a little more initiation from colleagues, or a small team-building exercise.

    The good thingsI enjoy working in this company because their environment. I really enjoy because not have higher pressure when do my work. Beside that, their staff also care each other even different race or religion. Their presepctive also good and can take as example to make a friend and motivate in our life. Trust me, when I working in this company, I also get a new knowledge and improve my skills everyday. Beside that, m manager also give a space to her staff and she also give a new knowledge to me especially about recruitment.
    The challengesA challenges in this company also about communication in different language. Honestly, I also weak in english but that not a one of reason to me stop speak in english to foreigner staff. Everyday, I also learn and try to speak in english even I speak in broken, they foreigner staff still understand what I say and also help me to keep try it speak in english. Another challenges is I in recruit department must face a any problem. For example, source of data and arrange appointment with applicants.
