GCR is one of the leading players in the provision of coffee systems in the food and beverage Industry. We have a range of high capacity commercial coffee equipment and grinders to suit a range of applications from the specialty café through the corporate office environment to Quick Service Restaurants and caterers. Our team continuously grow from Shah Alam to 15 resellers across East & West Malaysia. GCR is currently expanding and we are looking for a dedicated team player to join us!

    The challengesYou are paid for 2-3 persons works. Not worth if you have already had experience and mid of career. If you are fresh graduate, good place to learn.

    Lots of challenges and surprises in a growing organisation.
    The good thingsLearning new things without boundary.
    The challengesDealing with the banker for the first ever financial support to the company, upgrading of the existing loan etc in order to generate additional source of working capital for the company. Generating a good cashflow with limitation of inflows and resources is really a tuff work of monitoring. Setting and implementation of SOP within the individual department, and coordinate within the organisation.
