What’s it like working at Global Environment Centre?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Global Environment Centre appreciate the teamwork and supportive environment, with friendly and helpful co-workers, especially towards new staff and interns. They have opportunities to learn about building relationships with the natural environment and communities. The company offers flexible hours, creative freedom, and great benefits, including paid training.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as communication issues during the hiring process, the need to achieve project activities within specific timelines and report to funders, maintaining discipline and focus on the company's routine, time constraints and short budgets for planning and managing events, with design jobs coming up at the last moment with fast deadlines, and a hectic workload for the only designer during crunch times.
