    The challengesThe workplace arrangement was uncomfortable, including staff placement in unsuitable areas such as directly in front of the toilet. In addition, there was a lack of clear SOPs and proper workflow structure. Manager and senior were not proactive or functional. Task division was often unfair, with responsibilities not being distributed equally among staff. When concerns regarding workload, job scope, and career progression were raised, manager responded by saying that “everyone should be responsible without considering the position” rather than addressing the imbalance or providing clearer role structures. Hence, Junior is doing the manager work. Last but not least, HR mentioned that the company was “calculating the budget” to offer me with better positions or promotions before I handed my resignation letter, it was disappointing to later see my Junior-level role replaced with an Executive-level position after my resignation, suddenly the budget is there? Ridiculous? Yes, it is.

Low salary, position downgraded for no valid reason, and staff are underestimated despite handling manager-level work.
