The good thingssalary is not bad .

If yiu prioritize career development, work-life balance, and a positive work culture, this may not be the best place in the long run.
The good things• The work environment is supported by great colleagues and easy-to-communicate clients, making day-to-day tasks more manageable. • It’s a good place for fresh graduates to gain industry knowledge and build a foundation for their careers. • Work-Life Balance
The challenges1. Poor HR Engagement – The HR department does not actively promote company culture or show an understanding of Malaysian work culture. 2. Lack of Employee Events 3. Lack of Transparency in Compensation – The quarterly bonus was removed 4. IT Issues – Dealing with local IT is challenging

I worked as a software engineer for 4 years and became a full-fledged PM in just 1 year.
The good things- Developed and optimized 20+ SQL Server database queries, improving application performance by up to 50%. - Collaborated with front-end developers to create dynamic user interfaces using Angular, enhancing user experience metrics by 20%. - Documented software design patterns and established best practices by conducting 10+ knowledge-sharing sessions for junior developers. - Managed project timelines using Jira, maintaining a 95% on-time delivery rate for project milestones.
The challengesI think that when I was a PM at the company, I felt a great mental burden from my heavy sense of duty. The company had high expectations for my performance. Of course, I don't think I lived up to those expectations. Sometimes, I completed 15 projects in a month. It was that hard.
