Poor management, no increment / benefits

The good thingsWFH position but be prepared no time for you to go washroom or lunch.

The challengesSuper busy and very stress. Chat / calls / new appointment non-stop. Salary not match with workload. They keep add new projects without inform early / training. No staff benefits and increment. Management like to pusing pusing with you. And they never appreciate your sacrification, they don't even care. When you did great work / work hard, nobody cares. But when you do tiny mistake, team leader will directly fxxk you.
