The good thingsWorking at HWUM has been a very positive experience. The environment is inclusive and respectful – everyone is treated equally, regardless of role or seniority. It’s refreshing to be part of a workplace where hierarchy doesn’t get in the way of collaboration, and every voice is valued.
The salary package is also quite competitive, with salaries that are slightly above the industry average, which is a great plus. Benefits are solid, and there’s a real focus on work-life balance and employee wellbeing.
