Good company and can learn a lot of things

The good thingsEmployer treat employees good and working environment is fun and relax. Won't feel overstress. All the staff are kind and helpful. Smart casual wear, don't really need formal wear when you work in the office. Work life balance! No OT! But this company only hire part-timer (which also require to work 5 days)

The challengesMay able to meet the deadline because this company will have a lot of events and you need to call the customer and promote the event. Some people will need to help with the event, a lot of things have to do before the event. Some people will do the data update, which has to call the customer and confirm their information are up to date.

The good thingsPeople , boss , environment. Love to have the chance to work there. Learn to mingle with businessmen from different companies, industries , background and business philosophy. Very positive and outgoing director to fuel us through the adversities.

The challengesFinding it hard to make people interested to attend fairs in hong kong. Not strong enough proof to convince people to attend the event or to keep the conversation going as we are telemarketers.
