    Great workplace but having so much internal issues
    The good thingshaving wide range of products, have great chance to grow more sales with IA customer. flexible hour for outdoor staff. Good support from boss when having difficulty with costing. we are one of the trusted distributor for most of the industries in malaysia. Tender projects for customer development allowed you to explore more with the industries. great place for gain more knowledge.. 5 days of working.. work life balance here.
    The challengesAs frontline most of the problems will be your problems. everyone will pointing finger when the issues/problems appear, factory/principle not very supportive and hard to deal with, end up customer feel disappointed and change to other supplier.. When there is no more sales then its also your fault (again!!). Management ask for forecast yet stock planning not as per forecast, waste of time. No stock for standard fast moving items. No increment.. No bonus..
