    Gain knowledge and form stable emotions while working
    The good thingsThe good is i learn not only about my job scope. I did learn about packaging in production department. My boss support me to learn something new if i have leisure time.
    The challengesCompany should have healthy work environment and communication that blends well to each staff. Try not put all personal matters of staff into work. If these things fixed, all staff can work happier than usual
