    Edra Power Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Final Capital Sdn. Bhd.) is one of South East Asia’s leading international independent power producers (IPP), controlling a diversified portfolio of quality power generation assets across a range of technologies. It has a portfolio of 13 power and desalination plants in five countries, namely Malaysia, Egypt, Bangladesh, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, with a total net generating capacity of 5,529 MW and a water desalination capacity of 16 MIGD. Edra is the second largest IPP in Malaysia, and is the largest IPP group operating in both Egypt and Bangladesh. Jimah Energy Ventures (JEV) as one of the subsidiaries of Edra Power Holding Sdn Bhd, has set-up a 2x700MW Coal Fired Power Plant at Mukim Jimah, Districh of Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus. On the other hand, Jimah O&M Sdn Bhd (JOM) is the project Manager as well the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contractor for the JEV Power Plant.
