    The good thingsI enjoyed my job scope a lot. Apart from being very good at Quality Management, I was given the chance to learn about equipment, handling day to day operations of Crew mobilization and demobilization and planning for equipment maintenance. From time to time, I assisted in tender preparations, preparing quotations and invoicing too. I was also the planner of functions in the company which I also really loved doing. Our supervisors were encouraging when you shine a lot. You get to grow, build confidence and be independent. Kinsajasa was the best company I ever worked in.
    The challengesThe challenges in this field is that one has to be a multitasker. But this is good to build your portfolio whilst at a young age
