    High Expectation but Bad PC with high workload !
    The good thingsThe CEO and her PA is nice. Every month there is staff lunch once or twice. Sometimes there is an event.
    The challengesNeed to be good in surviving alone and always need to tell your manager what you need what or what is your challenges example PC problem and you need to be able to find your own solution good luck with that.

    The good thingsgood and friendly colleagues. helpful and good teamwork.
    The challengespoor management and no benefits for staffs. no matter how good your performance for company, still no increment and bonus. Not a good place for your career development because they never promote you.
