    Terrible and toxic environment
The good thingsForce you to adapt to a very harsh and unreliable management
The challengesToxic environment. Management Focusing only on those little things rather than the big picture. Too many restrictions and micro manage over sales person. Sometimes the management doesn't keep their promises hence losing faith in them. Not to mention their harsh requirement toward sales person.
