    The good thingsI have been working for this company for long time. since after i graduate then i begin my working journey with this company. the company is simple but are likely a family type business. They allow me to work as part timer even i further my study in college. This work is about commission base job where i need to work hard to earn for more income.
    The challengesThe first challenge that i face is usually the market trend. its not everyday i could have a good sales as not everyone is change phone all day. I need to act fast for new customer rather than being serve by other as the commission calculation base on individual and not teamwork. The second challenge is family base company rules. i have to control self idea in order to prevent problem.
