Unprofessional HR and Extremely Slow Recruitment Process

The challengesThree months waiting, no offer letter, no response. Unfortunately, the overall hiring experience was very disappointing. I received a verbal offer after three rounds interview but never got the official offer letter, even after waiting for almost three months. During this time, HR was unresponsive as my emails and calls went unanswered, and the only update I received was simply to “keep waiting.” This wasted a lot of my time and in the mean time I rejected other attractive offers and interviews opportunity. The process felt highly unprofessional and unreliable.
