Well best for fresh graduate more than half of the team is not even pass the probation due to long period probation (6 month), compare to other company giving low paid than others

The challengesLong Probation, bad pay and thinks that they pay high, Seeking for better schedule but just getting bad response for request having more holidays.

Our probation period is officially 6 months however employees that are performing well according to their KPI's are entitled to be confirmed earlier than the official probation period. With regard to the salary package, our entry level analysts are provided with a starting base salary with an opportunity to grow as they progress in the company. As for the operation scheduling, we are actively reviewing the best schedule to ensure the best balance for the operations staff and also to cater for all client requests.
