    Not recommend. If you decide to join, please think twice before accept the offer.
    The good thingsNo disturb when not in working hour.
    The challengesManagement realizing you can do more work, will delegate more tasks to you, until it eventually becomes your expected job. They arbitrarily change employees' jobs; they might say during the interview that it's a different position, but after joining, you're assigned to a different position. The system is outdated. Even the work platform that use everyday requires queuing to login because there is a limit to the number of users. Hope that management can sit down and listen to the employee's demands, otherwise everyone will resign.
