    Good start to gain experience
The good thingsOpportunity to staff to participate in overseas business tradeshows but some Management quite bias to certain staff. Overall, take it with a grain of salt and you will learn so much. If your performance up to par and loyal to the company, possibility for promotion is very high.
The challengesNot much opportunity for support staff to be nominated for professional certificate in business events course that sponsored by the company or participating in overseas business tradeshows. Only operations staff will get the opportunity.
