environmentThe good thingsmalaysian hospitality is really applied in here.works hand in hand and no racism or religious issue.we really help those new crew,but in a hard way.yeah it is kinda torture,but someday you will realise that what we do is actually help them to survive.we give them hard time for them to learn,not to torture them.i was onced being scolded by senior in front of passengers.lol its a sweet memory .
The challengesi cant give any comment regarding other department.but for my department,they should try to be in our shoes before they implement something.coz whatever new things they start sometimes giving us much trouble.
