There are better place elsewhere than this place. Think properly, it is for your own good and future
The good thingsOffice is in proper corporate building next to shopping mall. Easy access to buy food.
The challengesBad management culture. No investment in staff talent and retention, high staff turnover. No career development resulting stagnant career. Poor communication. Practice high favouritism. No proper planning and thought through when implementing SOP and policy. There are better place elsewhere.

High internal politics, favoritism, no clear future roadmap.
The good thingsEasy to buy food and to do shopping.
The challengesLeadership is fundamentally disconnected from the industry and lacks clear roadmap for the future. Instead of managing the business, they prioritize internal power games and favoritism. Hardworking employees who prioritize results over flattery are marginalized and victimized, leading to a constant exodus of talent and a chaotic work environment.

You are expected to do more with less remuneration and stress
The good thingsLook good and nice from outside, after you are "inside" you will know the real picture
The challengesMiddle management here are facing serious stress due to caught between the demands of senior leadership and the needs of their teams. Middle management are expected to simultaneously drive strategic directives and execute operational duties. This dual role becomes problematic when middle management are expected to deliver high level accountability of a senior role without the corresponding authority, resources and staffs' support, leaving them feeling overwhelmed, isolated and, importantly do more for less remuneration from constantly having to navigate conflicting pressures. Sincerity will not be appreciated and rewarded here. Beware.

Think twice before joining. There are other better place worth considering.
The good thingsNext to a shopping mall, food and parking is easily accessible.
The challengesThe company is in a mess. Management is incompetent and toxic, prioritising office politics and practising favouritism culture over actual leadership. They provide confusing, constantly changing directions and lack industry knowledge. Some management always say they are very busy with this and that, but in actual fact, the reason for saying is because they want to stay hands off in their work, pushing all the heavy lifting work down to staff level. This toxic environment and bad leadership directly cause poor employee performance and high staff turnover rate. Think twice before deciding to step into this company or not.

Highly not recommended to join this company. Offer very low salary and wide and high work scope.
The good thingsNothing much to comment on good things as there is none.
The challengesSalary of employees (except senior management) is way underpaid compared to market but expect expert/specialist work and wide/high work scope. Because of this, staff turnover is very high. Due to low salary and benefits offer, only can attract less qualified and experienced new joiners to replace resigned staffs. Company becomes very messy. This company only likes "Yes" person. They don't appreciate new ideas. If you give new ideas, they will see it as a challenge to their authority and power. It is highly not recommended to join this company.

    You deserve a better company
The good thingsWork life balance, salary on time
The challengesThe management lacks clear direction and industry knowledge. To maintain their positions, they focus on office politics instead of actual leadership. Employees who don’t play along or flatter the right people are often sidelined. As a result, turnover is extremely high. The entire company is a mess.

    Poor Management Skills
The good thingsGrowth company with good reputation Good career opportunities Flexible in professional growth
The challengesBad management leads low employees retention. Communication breakdown with poor engagement within departments and lack of relevant industries knowledge. Management can be demanding but directions and tasks requirement keep changing day to day. Implemented a lot of impractical and ineffective SOP. When the management is ineffective, it fails to bring out the best in employees and hence lead to poor performance. Heads of departments must need to know about activities that are important and those that are not.
