    The good things- The building provides plenty of parking spaces, which is convenient for employees. - The restaurant nearby are convenient for employees. - Salaries are paid punctually every month after PROBATION - A fast paced environment with valuable challenges.
    The challengesThe company does not provide formal orientation for new joiners, so employees are expected to adapt quickly to the working environment. However the company has potential for growth, but some improvements could be made like miscommunication and unclear task to the staff and also in between dept, payment processes to suppliers & subcon could be improved, as delays may occasionally effect working relationship and project coordination. The boss show favoritism toward certain employees, the company has a strict management style, and show-cause letters may be issued quite easily. Some employees may have experienced instances the management raises their voice or yells in the office, which can effect the working environment.
