    The good thingsLuxurious office that constantly going through upgrade & renovation. Company phone, insurance for self & spouse, new phone subsidy, tol, parking & petrol claimable.
    The challengesGreat improvement required, increase headcount, yearly management review from top to bottom & bottom to top instead of 1 way down only. Lack of trusts between subordinate & upper management, micromanage, same task but executed by 2 person concurrently, ask for decision making ability but constantly challenge intellectual capability, good job title but get handle like junior, demotivating, greatly short of manpower, annual leave is just for not checking into office, still require to work, no outstation travel allowance.
