    It was a nightmare and total waste of time = eye opener
    The good thingsThe environment is nice, the view is great, but none of it is for staff. It is for their clients - rich families or senior citizen who wanna spend their time is a luxury environment with medical care. So, in short, nothing good for staff.
    The challengesIs one of the most terrible organization I came across. Autocratic, do not accept opinion or criticism. Only they say and we listen. High turnover and they model it more like property sales (lease) with medical care.

    Great working place. Highly recommended!
    The good thingsI left My CARE Concierge with the heaviest heart. They value me as if I'm a super hotshot, but I am not. Left CARE Concierge because of a better opportunity, but they still tried to counter offer, to make me stay. I love them. I love the company. Great people to work with. The company's won awards, so of course, they act like one. Great experience there. Would love to be back one day.
    The challengesThe office is located in Jaya One, therefore it's far from train stations. But there are buses available and the station is right in front of the building.
