1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
    No respect and professionalism
The good thingsLearn how NGO's work and able to establish networking.
The challengesLow salary expect you to handle more than 2-3 roles. Old school methods and no progression. No decent respect towards each others. High turnover rate. Changes will always occur but shouldn't change when a method is working for you. work distribution is not distributed equally even when short staffed. lack of staff welfare.
