Reliable pay and perks, but lacks professional structure and career growth.

The good thingsFinancial Reliability: Salary is consistently paid on time every month without delay, and performance bonuses are provided. Great Work Culture (Peer Level): It was fortunate to work with several kind and supportive colleagues who made the daily environment much more pleasant. Flexibility: The company offers flexible working hours, which is great for work-life balance. Perks & Benefits: The pantry is always well-stocked with food. Additionally, the company allows for expense claims, though it is worth noting they are sometimes only partially reimbursed.

The challengesManagement Issues: The management style can be quite "toxic" and disorganized. There is a lack of clear structure, and the work style often feels unproductive. Lack of Clarity: There are no defined job scopes, which leads to confusion regarding responsibilities and expectations. Career Growth: Annual increments are minimal. You're expected to do things their backward ways. If you are used proper processes, this is a no go.

The good things-Awesome and helpful colleagues. -Pay is okay for the role. -Would rate 1 star but giving additional star for adequate severance package.

The challenges-Blatant disrespect for staff's after office hours. -Inexistence work-life balance. (work after office hour/over the weekends is a norm) -Literally no industry-best-practice process flows. -Toxic culture - you are expected to deliver according to their culture (which is against industry-best-practice) without room to grow organically.
