What’s it like working at Nuren Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Nuren Group appreciate the good work culture with a relaxed environment and less office politics. They value the supportive management team that provides guidance and knowledge sharing, as well as employee benefits such as birthday leave, parking allowance, and free snacks.

However, there are potential challenges related to resource management, with concerns about insufficient manpower to handle the workload and priorities set by management. Some employees feel that their job responsibilities do not align with what was communicated during interviews. Reviewers suggest that the company's ecommerce system and processes need upgrades to meet current requirements and improve efficiency. There is also room for improvement in communication and prioritisation of tasks and initiatives by management. Additionally, high employee turnover is a concern, potentially due to slow action from management in addressing issues.

Company with big vision and mission with haywire management.
The good thingsGood place if you want to explore industry ecommerce in malaysia, especially if you want to focus into parenthood. Have birthday leave, parking allowance, and no politic office.
The challenges1. Management wants to do many things at the same time with an insufficient number of manpower. 2. The job description is not as stated during the interview. 3. Human Resource is shared between companies so employee cannot set the work priority because of this. 4. Current ecommerce system is old version so it is unable to meet latest SEO requirements. 5. Management try to follow the trend without knowing what should be prioritized first even though already in ecommerce industry more than 5 years. 6. Person in charge for system maintenance not really understand the whole system. 7. Management should focus on upgrading legacy system to latest version so able to deliver better visual and attract customer to use website. 8. Turnover is high due to slow action from management to make the changes. 9. Management only have an idea as short term solution. 10. One of board director is too busy with other company so unable to give input when necessary.
