What’s it like working at NXG Global?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at NXG Global appreciate the supportive environment with helpful colleagues and approachable managers who are open to new ideas. The work-life balance is seen as a positive aspect, with a 5-day work week and a calm environment. Additionally, the company provides necessary equipment and a good academic learning environment for gaining experience.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as limited opportunities for career advancement within the small-scale department, concerns about negotiating for salary increases and a lack of benefits for contractors, instances of urgent tasks and the need to work quickly, disorganization and messiness within the company, and some managers who may lack problem-solving skills and place responsibility on employees.

    My overall Experience
The good thingsI entered this company when the pandemic was already started. By that time it was a newly opened department of a bigger mother company. As a hardworking and active person, the company trusted me and I believe I provide good service in a reasonable time, to be honest during the Covid pandemic period most of the companies got to shut down which caused huge unemployed but through the efforts of the management and our hard work we moved forward to the next level. I strongly believe every working environment got its problems and dramas but the important thing is not to pay attention to the surrounding negativeness and only focus on your tasks and aims. - Academic environment - Calm environment - Supportive manager (about new ideas) - Necessary equipment is provided by the company - Ontime salary payment - Good academic learning environment to get experience in certain related fields
The challenges- Small-scale department with a low chance to upgrade to higher positions - literally no extra advantage/benefit for contractors (but not for permanent employees) - Always should negotiate about increasing the salary - Urgent task is a culture (but it won't happen often)
