In the years that followed, the company experienced a significant growth and was acquired by PJ Development Holdings Berhad (PJD) in 1990. The acquisition saw the expansion of the Johor factory to accommodate additional machines and the production of a wider range of cable products while a new factory in Malacca was set up in 1997.
