    The good thingsFlexible hours and working enviroment are great, colleagues are young and vibrant
    The challengesManagement are bad at organizing and manage the team, it will always have ad-hoc task and events that will challenge your limit, and it has financial challenges always due to bad decision and management

    Company are not matured enough, workflow are bad, unorganized, unhygiene, i dont see any future and where will the position brings me anywhere, no harsh feeling, but is from the view of mine
    The good thingsFlexible working time, work anytime you want, and enjoy lunch time how long you want too, hybird style working, work life balance, comes with alot laughter, relax on enjoy on work day.
    The challengesChallenge the efforts and patient, because there is nothing for you to learn if you are a junior, the only challenges is everything is unorganize, and you need to face the gossip from the colleagues and unorganize work flow from the higher pic, task that is given and explain by the pic are not what client needs and preference. After has been working for a month due to company has just change the direction of design style, they fire you with a short notice. Big dreams small team, is the slogan of the company, but as what a OCD person see seems like is just a dream instead of moving. And new comers you need to clean up all the pending jobs that are leftover by ex designer which KIV more than years. If you are planning to go for this company, rmbr that you should have a multi-design style expecially cute+illustration are their fav, and branding style for them are unprofessional design style [ they said that this kind of style actually can done by unprofessional designer ]
