    The challengesCannot challenge management’s idea. Toxic environment. Too much politics. You will be assigned multiple tasks even it is not in your JD if you did not dare to say ‘NO’ when you should be. Ridiculous WCM standards which drag you behind like you are in 1990’s period. Low annual increment as well. Lack of training and development program. You must be self starter and resourceful to excel in your position.
